By using Plexiqa, creating an account, or signing in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using Plexiqa, you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly referenced in the service.
If you use Plexiqa on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Who may use Plexiqa
You may use Plexiqa only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms under applicable law.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering;
- not impersonate another person;
- keep your account information reasonably up to date;
- keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

- use available personalized and AI-powered features.
6. Prohibited use
When using Plexiqa, you must not:
- violate applicable law;
- use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, infrastructure, or systems related to Plexiqa;
- bypass restrictions, safeguards, or technical protection measures;
- interfere with the operation, stability, or availability of Plexiqa;
- use bots, scripts, scraping, or other automated means of access without our permission;
- distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- use the service in a way that overloads infrastructure or disrupts other users;
- copy, resell, license, publish, or commercially exploit Plexiqa or any part of it without our prior written permission;

You may submit or store data in Plexiqa related to your learning, such as answers, selected words, settings, and other materials you add to the service.
To the extent necessary to operate Plexiqa, you grant us the right to store, process, display, and use such data for the following purposes:

- operating AI-powered features where relevant.
You confirm that you have the right to use and provide such data within Plexiqa.
9. AI-powered features

You understand and agree that:
- AI-powered features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect results;
- AI-generated outputs may require your own review and judgment;

10. Service availability
We aim to keep Plexiqa available, stable, and useful, but we do not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, errors, or downtime.

- temporarily restrict access to all or part of the service.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to act fairly and take users' interests into account, but some changes or interruptions may occur without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plexiqa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:

- the service will always be available without interruption;
- the service will be entirely error-free;
- any content or output, including AI-generated output, will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
- loss of data, profit, business opportunity, goodwill, or expected benefits;
- consequences resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Plexiqa;
- decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, or learning content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Plexiqa at any time.
If you want to request deletion of your account, you may contact support at: support@plexiqa.com
We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Plexiqa, in whole or in part, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your conduct creates risks for security, infrastructure, or other users;
- your use of the service appears abusive;
- we are required to do so by law or binding order of a competent authority.
Where reasonable and possible, we may try to notify you in advance or explain the reason for such restriction.
14. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may change Plexiqa and update these Terms from time to time.
If the changes are material, we will try to notify you in an appropriate way, for example through the service interface or by email.
Your continued use of Plexiqa after updated Terms take effect means that you accept those changes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules under applicable law require otherwise.
Any disputes related to the use of Plexiqa will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the relevant rules of jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights granted by mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence where such laws apply.

Your use of Plexiqa is also subject to:

- any other policies or rules expressly referenced in the service.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data processing, the Privacy Policy will govern that issue.
